Our Leadership Team

Our team consists of several key employees and consultants (e.g., the former CCAF Dean of Academic Affairs; Adult Learning Educational Psychologist – Troy University; former CCAF Credentialing Flight Chief; and seasoned IT & Cybersecurity professionals). The founder of our team has 22 years of experience managing and supporting United States Air Force (USAF) Education & Training programs. This experience includes training development for some of the most sophisticated technology, simulators, and equipment in the world. He has an extensive background in the USAF Voluntary Education Program, Education & Training management, Instructional System Design (ISD), curriculum development, lesson plan development, train-the-trainer, and training design (e.g., ADDIE Model). Additionally, we bring extensive experience in systems architecture, database management, cybersecurity and logistics and more than 10 years subcontracting experience managing and providing Information Technology (IT) services to the government.
